Medical Scan Segmentation
Using open-source DICOM data provided by 3DSlicer sample datasets and from personal medical scans, the following 3D visualizations were created through segmentation.
This process allows me to directly and precisely visualize a patient’s specific anatomy and pathologies from CT and MRI scans, providing valuable insights into anatomical variation, surgical diagnosis, and surgical planning.
